App signs me out constantly, key card within the app never works. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Thankfully building attendant lets me in
Regularly doesn’t work.
App regularly doesn’t work. Have been stuck outside office building evenings and weekends hoping for someone to come out of the building and let me in, which the app is supposed to do but lately doesn’t. It used to work, then it didn’t. Removed and reinstalled, worked some more, now back to nonfunctional again. There were better off the shelf solutions than this poor performer.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Most consistent way is to jump over the turnstile or tailgate! Keeps you in shape!
Non-functioning
The purpose of this app is to allow me to enter my company’s office building. I can’t even get access to the app, much less the building. My administrator has to set me up with an account, which he has done — but I don’t receive the email invite to actually finish setting up my account and login. I also don’t receive any password reset prompts. There’s something broken in this process and absolutely no support to help figure it out. For something as essential as building access, you’d think reliability and support would be the #1 thing. Incredibly frustrating experience, zero stars if I could.
