The terms of this contract include that each candidate provides Dhammin’s development team with the data of its voters in the constituency or region, according to the type of election, to install them on his/her campaign’s server database. The main source of voters data in the National Assembly and Municipal Council elections is the General Administration for Elections at the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait, which provides each electoral candidate with that data in the form of electronic spreadsheets. As for the elections of cooperative societies, it is the management of each cooperative society who provides each candidate in its elections with these spreadsheets. Dhammin does not hold/share any data for its users, as the data is saved on the server of each candidate independently and outside the framework of the powers of Dhammin’s development team.
