Dhammin — is smart campaigning platform; designated for candidates running for the national assembly, municipal council and cooperative societies. With the apps of this platform you will have a competitive edge in terms of understanding your electoral district, target segments, and to manage your political campaign more effectively for efficiently serving its goals. Disclaimer — Dhammin neither represents nor in affiliation with any government authority, as the activation of this application for each electoral candidate is based on a contract concluded between Dhammin’s management team and every electoral candidate. The terms of this contract include that each candidate provides Dhammin’s development team with the data of its voters in the constituency or region, according to the type of election, to install them on his/her campaign’s server database. The main source of voters data in the National Assembly and Municipal Council elections is the General Administration for Elections at the Ministry of Interior in Kuwait, which provides each electoral candidate with that data in the form of electronic spreadsheets. As for the elections of cooperative societies, it is the management of each cooperative society who provides each candidate in its elections with these spreadsheets. Dhammin does not hold/share any data for its users, as the data is saved on the server of each candidate independently and outside the framework of the powers of Dhammin’s development team. Using the app to access the data of a campaign requires prior installation of an API software and a list a voters -provided by the candidate- on the campaign's server.
