CoachArc is a fitness coach that pays attention. Upload a DEXA or body-composition scan and CoachArc does not just chart it - it shows you the specific training and food changes it wants to make because of what the scan says, and what it is protecting while it makes them. Upload a blood panel and it groups your markers - hormones, thyroid, inflammation, heart, nutrients, blood count, liver and kidney - and reads them next to how you have actually been training. It flags what is worth showing a provider. It never diagnoses. Connect Apple Health and it uses sleep and sleep stages, HRV trend, resting heart rate, steps and active calories to make one call a day: ease off, keep an eye on it, or stay quiet. On days when nothing has changed, it says nothing. WHAT ELSE IT DOES - Today tells you what to do - one clear next step, not a blank screen - Hey Coach answers questions grounded in your actual plan, history and schedule - Progression recommendations arrive with the reasoning shown: what you last lifted, what it wants next, and the rule behind the jump - Food guidance that shifts with your goal track and training demand - Classes count as real workouts, and rest days are open days - a walk or a class belongs there - Progress, body composition and lab history in one place YOU STAY IN CHARGE Every adjustment arrives as a proposal with what changed and why. Nothing is applied until you tap to accept it, and anything you accept, you can undo. CoachArc never rewrites your plan behind your back. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS CoachArc Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: $29.99 per month, starting with a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.
