Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: OKO at free against DioramApp's free with in-app purchases. OKO also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1). DioramApp's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for DioramApp against 5.0 for OKO. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OKO has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
