Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AIR.ai holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 28 and 36 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of FXC Control's written reviews are positive against 18% of AIR.ai's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
FXC Control ships an update every 2 months, AIR.ai every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
