Get 1% better every day. Keep that up for a year and you’ll be 37 times stronger. That’s the whole idea behind 1ProcentBeter. No complete life overhaul. No strict plan you abandon after nine days. One small action at a time — then do it again tomorrow. This app is for people who want to grow but are done with hustle culture and promises about becoming your best self in 30 days. Progress is boring work. And that’s exactly where your advantage lies: most people don’t stick with it. HOW IT WORKS • Choose one small action for each part of your day — morning, afternoon and evening • Check off what you’ve done, even if you only managed half a day • Track your streak and see what happens when you keep going • Look back at your week and month • Connect Apple Health to track your steps and workouts WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT You’re not building a result. You’re building a habit. The app doesn’t ask for your best day. It asks for your next one. Missing a day isn’t failure. You simply pick it back up — that’s how the app is designed. No streak that punishes you. No notifications designed to make you feel guilty. No feed where you compare yourself to everyone else. MAKE IT YOURS Add your own actions. Hide default actions that don’t fit you. Set reminders for times that work for you. The app adapts to your day, not the other way around. 1PROCENTBETER PLUS If you want to go further, Plus gives you unlimited custom actions, weekly and monthly overviews, personal goals and access to all tools. The core experience — completing your daily actions — stays free. Plus is a monthly subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Start today. One action is enough. Privacy Policy: https://1procentbeter.online/privacy Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
