Field Compass is the A2Z Field Services-new mobile app which allows active vendors to be more efficient and improve accuracy by completing & submitting work orders in real time from the field. This app provides ease of navigation over the previous app. Use Field Compass to: • Increase efficiency by completing and submitting work orders while at the property • Improve your vendor score – Photos and property info are requested as you go which reduces the chances of incomplete results or mislabeled photos • GPS property finder feature – Get directions if you can’t locate a property • Accept individual work orders • Receive work notifications • Assign work orders to sub-contractors NOTE: Use of this app requires users to have an active vendor account.
