Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: DMC Vivo at 100% against Nutror's 20%. DMC Vivo also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Nutror's advantage is ratings volume (156 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
