Managing time with your NGTeco time clock is easier using the NGTeco Time App! Connect the NGTeco Time App to a local Wi-Fi that is shared with the timeclock (no software required). Securely connect the app to the clock by scanning the QR code from the Admin Menu. Using the app, admin users can: 1. Setup clock punch rules and configure clock options. 2. Add/update the employee data and push the data to the time clock. 3. View attendance records retrieved from the time clock. 4. Pull time card from the clock and email the report to admin user account. 5. Add employee missing punches and push to the clock for time card calculation. To ensure data security on the App, the following protection measures are provided: 1. Admin user can set the passcode from time clock admin menu, and the passcode is required to connect the App to the device. 2. NGTeco Time App does not store any data locally in the mobile phone, the new added or updated data is pushed directly to the time clock. Postal Time Keeper lets you keep track of all of your important clock rings throughout the day. No more writing them down on scraps of paper and losing them! And best of all It a 100 Unit time stamp gets shown so no more checking that annoying time chart at the time clock! Postal Time Keeper keeps all of your clock rings saved in an easy to navigate format allowing you to go back to any day and see what you did. You can search by route number to see what day you did any given route. You can completely customize the list of Operations to fit your needs. As well as setting a default operation and route so you can quickly add your most commonly used clock ring. You can store your barcode for logging in and entering clockrings on your USPS Scanner. You can now keep your barcode on your iPhone Home Screen with a widget
