SHOWE

Features

1. App Purpose & Target Audience Main purpose: SHOWE is a digital programme reader for live events, venues and visitor attractions. The app allows users to access, read, save and interact with digital event programmes and visitor guides on their mobile device. Primary target audience: People attending live events or visiting venues and attractions, including theatres, festivals, music events, sporting events, heritage attractions, community events and ceremonies. Problem solved / value provided: SHOWE provides a digital alternative to the traditional printed programme or visitor guide. Instead of carrying a paper programme, visitors can access programme information on their phone, including schedules, event information, performer and artist profiles, stories, images, video, audio, maps and interactive content. Programmes can remain available in the user's personal programme library, and previously accessed programmes can be available offline through the app. This provides a richer and more convenient way to experience the programme before, during and after a real-world event or visit. 2. Regional Availability The app provides the same core programme-reading functionality across all countries and regions where SHOWE is available. The programmes visible within SHOWE will naturally vary by location because they relate to participating real-world events, venues and attractions. There are currently no material regional differences in the app's functionality. 3. Content / Programmes In SHOWE, the word “programme” refers to a digital version of the type of programme or visitor guide traditionally provided at a live event, performance, venue or attraction. SHOWE does not provide educational classes or courses. Programmes may accompany: • Theatre productions and performances • Music performances and concerts • Festivals • Sporting events • Heritage sites and visitor attractions • Community events • Ceremonies and other live experiences A digital programme may contain schedules and running orders, event information, cast or artist profiles, venue information, articles and stories, photographs, video, audio, maps, polls and other interactive features. SHOWE's mobile app is primarily the reader and engagement experience for these digital programmes. It enables users to access and interact with programme content associated with real-world events, venues and attractions.
