Cluben is the app for people who teach: dance and fitness studios, yoga, martial arts, schools and private trainers. Everything that used to live in a notebook, phone notes and endless chats is in one place - and it works from your phone, between classes. SCHEDULE Classes by day and by month, one-off and recurring. You see who signed up and how many spots are left. ATTENDANCE IN A FEW TAPS Mark who came and collect payment - the main flow this app was built around. Memberships are deducted automatically. CLIENTS AND MEMBERSHIPS A card for every client: contacts, visit history, memberships and debts. You can see whose classes are running out. MONEY WITHOUT SPREADSHEETS Income, debts and payments per client. Online card payments go straight to the studio's account - Cluben takes no commission from them. ONLINE BOOKING A client picks a free slot and sends a request. You approve it, and the class appears in the schedule. AN APP FOR YOUR CLIENTS Your students get their own schedule, memberships and payments, class reminders and a chat with you. YOUR TEAM Trainers with their own access: each sees their classes, permissions are set per person. Cluben runs on a subscription held by the studio owner, with the first 14 days free. Payments your clients make for classes are separate - that money goes directly to the studio. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
