The clearest difference is rating: BIO Camera at 5.0 against IOL Reference's 4.7. BIO Camera also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). IOL Reference's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
