Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MeterToken at 4.3 against Access Power NG's 2.6. MeterToken also leads on ratings volume (137 vs 5) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Access Power NG's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
MeterToken holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MeterToken has 137 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Access Power NG's written reviews are positive against 25% of MeterToken's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Access Power NG ships an update every 3 months, MeterToken monthly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
