About

TeachKeep

Features

TeachKeep helps homeschool parents record completed learning, keep each child’s entries separate, and build clean school-year records without reconstructing everything at the end. Capture a real activity in under a minute: - choose the child and subject - add a short activity title - use Today, Yesterday, or a custom date - optionally add duration, notes, books, or resources - attach a photo, PDF, worksheet, or other local evidence file TeachKeep is completed-first. Plans can change without turning into red overdue debt. Household views keep multiple children organized while child-specific records remain separate. Florida families can use source-linked readiness guidance as it becomes available. TeachKeep organizes records and does not provide legal advice, submit records to a district, arrange an evaluator, or guarantee acceptance. Search and filter records by child, school year, and subject. Backfill past work quickly, edit without breaking history, and preview a personalized activity, subject, resource, and evidence index for each child and school year. Starter Preview includes up to two active children, 25 household records, three evidence files, a three-item report preview, and free raw JSON export. Household Plus supports up to six active children, records beyond the Starter cap, unlimited local evidence, complete portfolio previews, and polished PDF and CSV exports. Child profiles, learning-record content, and imported evidence stay on your device. Limited app-use analytics and purchase status are processed by service providers; child names, record content, evidence names, dates, and file paths are excluded. No account is required.
