Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Дія at 2.2K against UAPassportReader's 11. Дія also leads on rating (3.8 vs 3.5). UAPassportReader's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 23%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Дія holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Дія has 2.2K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Дія's written reviews are positive against 40% of UAPassportReader's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Дія ships an update every 8 days, UAPassportReader every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
