LapTrak is a running activity tracker with features designed for speed, interval, and lap training. Activities can be tracked using the LapTrak iPhone or Apple Watch app. If you have an Apple Watch, you can leave your iPhone at home, with activities syncing back to the iPhone app upon completion. Integration & Compatibility: LapTrak integrates with HealthKit, Strava, and the Health & Activity apps, allowing your runs to contribute to your daily stats. You can upload activities to Strava with one tap or export them in TCX format for other platforms. Core Features: LapTrak excels at tracking and analyzing individual laps, regardless of their time or distance. You can manually track laps with the large lap button or let a training program handle it automatically. • Classic Laps: Free program for manual or auto lap tracking with customizable lap distances. Great for sprints, intervals, splits, and reminders like halfway points or gels. • Upgraded Programs: Available for purchase and fully customizable: • Lap Repeats: Fast + recovery laps by time, distance, or location. • Pyramid Laps: Intervals with increasing and decreasing durations. • Tabata: 8x 20-second sprints with 10-second recoveries. • Tempo: Target a hard pace based on your 5K time. • Yasso 800s: Predict and train for marathon goals. During the Run: LapTrak offers interval and total run stats at a glance, with optional spoken feedback. Switch between interval and overall stats mid-run with a tap. Both iPhone and Apple Watch apps include outdoor and indoor modes: • Outdoor: Tracking via GPS • Indoor Manual: Input treadmill speed yourself. • Indoor Bluetooth: Automatically track speed with compatible treadmills. LapTrak also features a cadence training aid, providing audio feedback to help you hit your target cadence. Post-Run Analysis: After your run, LapTrak provides a detailed breakdown of overall and interval stats. On the iPhone app, view summaries, interactive maps, and tables of interval splits, including pace, distance, time, elevation, heart rate, and cadence. Select intervals for deeper analysis, including pace graphs and rankings. LapTrak also highlights fast intervals, showing specific stats alongside overall results. For back-and-forth sprints or track workouts, LapTrak groups points for clearer analysis. Tailmates makes the daily dog walk count. Walk with friends, and watch it add up to a longevity score you can actually move. Walk more Start a walk, run, hike or bike ride and Tailmates tracks route, distance, pace and steps with live GPS. Finish to earn points, keep your streak going and unlock badges. Apple Watch and home screen widgets keep the habit in sight. With your permission, eligible outdoor walks from Apple Health can count too. Tailmates Town (beta) Counted walks earn Coins, up to a daily limit, and turn up finds along the way. Spend them building a town with your dog, and see your dog on the trail as you walk. Town runs on iPhone 11 and later. Know more At Level 10, Tailmates can show an evidence-informed longevity score and an estimated range based on the profile and activity data available for your dog. It is a wellness estimate, not a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plan, or promise about lifespan. If required profile data is missing, Tailmates says so instead of guessing. See what is moving the score, then open any part of it for ways to help your dog. A quick photo each week keeps a gentle picture of body condition, and Tailmates Plus shows how it trends. When you add a dog, Tailmates can use a photo to suggest details such as breed and body condition. AI suggestions can be wrong. You review and correct them before they become part of the profile. Your vet stays in the loop. Find a vet by name, clinic, city or ZIP, or add the clinic you already use to your dog's record. Invite your vet to connect with your dog on Tailmates. You choose what health information to share, and nothing is shared automatically. Add an optional wellness blood panel through your vet and follow it from appointment to results. The lab verifies the data, which tightens the estimated range, and your vet's notes appear once they review it. Tailmates provides educational wellness information and never replaces veterinary care. Tailmates Silver includes Scout, an optional AI assistant. You choose which saved Tailmates data sources Scout may use, and you can change those choices in Settings. Scout can make mistakes and asks for confirmation before taking a supported action. Together Home is a full-screen feed of photos, videos and walk stories. When a packmate's walk is open, tap Join and your walk starts in their party. Everyone walks their own street, with one roster, one chat and live pace for all. Every cheer carries a name. Live now shows walks, runs and rides happening right now, listed by the people doing them. It shows a city, never a route. Search finds people, dogs, packs and meetups. Follow the people you like, or scan a friend's code in person. Join a pack for its meetups, or set a virtual one with no place to be. Share a walk, photo included, to X, Threads or Instagram Stories. Report any post or block its author. Pick light or dark in Appearance, or match your phone. The bars tuck away as you scroll. Research is a separate choice If you separately consent to contribute eligible data, it may support research conducted separately from the app experience. Tailmates is not a study, and using the app does not make you a research participant. Research choices can be changed independently. Optional memberships Tailmates Plus adds deeper insights, trends, and member benefits. Tailmates Silver includes Plus and adds Scout. Core walks remain available without a membership. Download free. Add your dog. Take a walk. Watch the score move. Our mission Radically extend canine lifespan. Dogs get about a decade. We're building the science that gives them more. That is what the company is working toward. It is not a promise the app makes about your dog. Thanks for joining our mission.
