Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: UnitBook at weekly against PSE&G's every 2 months. UnitBook also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). PSE&G's advantage is ratings volume (11K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
