Cérge is an app for people with disability to control with who, where and when you share your customer service preferences in exchange for personalised customer service. And in case the service was not up to scratch then leave a rating and review of their Accessible Customer Service so service staff can get better next time you visit. Through Cérge you will be able to communicate from your app directly to service staff via their Point of Sale systems. With this information service staff will be able to provide you with personalised and empathetic customer service. There are so many examples of how a little empathy can revolutionise the customer service experience for individuals with disability. For example, if you have a brain injury or PTSD then you may want an extra minute or two to feel comfortable and settled when you arrive at the shops before the barrage of questions start. Or if you have a visible disability then being spoken to in a loud and slow manner by staff that have no idea about disability, is offensive. Download the Cerge app and give it a go.
