The Libyan Digital Bank was established by a group of Libyan individuals in various disciplines and experiences in the field of banking, engineers in various disciplines, jurists, and many businessmen and investors, so that its main goal is to facilitate banking operations and services for citizens and its customers in an effective and timely manner to keep abreast of the latest developments in the financial, banking and technical sector, which distinguishes it of existing conventional banks , The bank may obtain a decision approving the incorporation request from the designated governor No. (88) for the year 2022, with a capital of 200 million Libyan dinars. The bank obtains approval from the Ministry of Economy and Trade for the negative certificate in the name of the Libyan Digital Bank, for the purpose of completing the procedures for establishing the joint stock company in accordance with the legislation in force.
