Somni measures your night with your iPhone on the mattress — and with Apple Watch when you wear one. Wake up to a sleep score built only from what was really measured, and one clear tip from a coach that knows your nights. - Sleep and wake from your phone: time to fall asleep, time awake at night, awakenings, sleep efficiency - With Apple Watch: deep, REM and light sleep — Apple Watch's own sleep stages from Apple Health, or Somni's watch app estimating them from heart rate and wrist movement - Smart alarm: inside your wake window it rings the first time you stir, otherwise at your set time - Snore playback: only short snore clips are kept, on your phone, deleted after 7 days - Home and Lock Screen widgets, Apple Watch app and watch-face complications - Habit journal and a weekly report from your real nights - Optional AI coach (Anthropic Claude) — only after you allow it - Sign in (optional) to sync your nights across devices - English, Azerbaijani, Turkish Your audio never leaves the phone — analysis runs on device. A phone alone cannot measure sleep stages; Somni says so instead of guessing. Somni is a wellness tool, not a medical device. If you are concerned about your breathing during sleep, talk to a doctor.
