Crew Recovery is built by a long-haul pilot for flight and cabin crew. It reads your roster from your calendar, combines it with your sleep data from Apple Health and gives advice on sleep, light, meals and caffeine around your trips. No Apple Watch? A Fitbit works too: the free Google Health app puts your sleep and heart rate in Apple Health, which is where Crew Recovery reads from. Free: - Roster with report, pickup and wake-up times - Bunk rest planner for flight crew: split, times, alarm, and app-to-app sharing with your colleagues - Two-shift in-flight rest for cabin crew, with alarm - Controlled rest timer - Log for caffeine, alcohol, naps and how you feel - All the theory explained, with sources Crew Recovery Plus (subscription): - Your current alertness, reserve and body clock - Curves: alertness and reserve ahead, caffeine, alcohol and nightly metrics - Measured recovery after each trip, based on your own nightly data - Severity calendar of your roster - Apple Watch complications Another airline? The app works with general defaults you can adjust. A profile with your airline's report times, crew augmentation limits and roster titles can be requested from within the app. Privacy: all data stays on your device. No account, no server, no analytics. Syncing between your own iPhone and iPad is direct and only when you start it. Crew Recovery does not give medical advice and is not a fitness-for-duty tool. It helps you plan your own rest. Subscription: Crew Recovery Plus renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel up to 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple account settings.
