The clearest difference is rating: Transact eAccounts at 4.8 against UCCS Mobile's 3.6. Transact eAccounts also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (55K vs 17). Transact eAccounts holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Transact eAccounts has 55K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Transact eAccounts's written reviews are positive against 57% of UCCS Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
