The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon or completing short surveys about your opinion on brands or products that may be of interest to you. Earning rewards is easy. Simply upload eligible receipts by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to receipts@panel.amazon.com and you’ll earn up to $10 per month towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation. You’ll earn rewards each month for every survey you complete and if you turn on ad verification on your mobile device you'll receive more, relevant surveys each month based on the ads you see from Amazon. Ads from Amazon can include Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads. Space is limited and you may only be eligible to participate in certain parts of the program. You can check if you are eligible by tapping on the Receipts or Surveys tabs, or by visiting Ad verification in the panel app's settings. Your participation will help brands offer better products and make Amazon ads more relevant. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers who are 18 years of age or over and in the US. If you received an invitation, download the app now. Interested customers who did not receive an invitation can download the app to join the waitlist and will be notified via email if space becomes available. Know Your Energy. Own Your Day. PulseLog is a 5-day self-tracking challenge that helps you discover when you're at your best — and what you're actually doing with those hours. Most productivity apps tell you what to do. PulseLog helps you understand yourself first. How It Works Start a 5-day sprint and track two things: • Energy Check-Ins — Rate your energy level (0–10) every 2 hours. PulseLog sends gentle reminders so you never miss a check-in. Over 5 days, your personal energy curve emerges. • Chaos Diagnostic — Log what you're doing each hour and classify it: Good (deep work, exercise, learning), Maintenance (emails, chores, errands), or Noise (doomscrolling, distractions, time sinks). See your day's composition at a glance. What You'll Discover After 5 days, PulseLog reveals insights you can't get from a calendar or to-do list: • Your Power Windows — the hours when your energy peaks. Are you spending them on Good activities or wasting them on Noise? • Your Noise Ratio — how much of your day goes to activities that drain you without adding value. • Energy-Activity Correlation — which activities consistently appear during your high-energy hours, and which ones show up when you crash. • Daily Composition Trends — see how your Good/Maintenance/Noise balance shifts across the sprint. Built for Honesty, Not Perfection PulseLog isn't about optimizing every minute. It's about seeing clearly. The 5-day sprint format keeps it lightweight — you commit to a short experiment, get your insights, and decide what to change. • No accounts, no cloud sync — your data stays on your device • Dark mode interface designed for quick, frictionless logging • Export your sprint data as PDF or CSV to share or review later • Backfill missed entries so your data stays complete • Sub-block logging (15/30/45/60 min) for precise hour breakdowns Apple Watch Companion Log energy and activities straight from your wrist. The watch app shows your sprint progress, offers smart activity suggestions based on your history, and syncs everything to your iPhone automatically. Digital Crown for score input, haptic feedback for every action. Who It's For • Founders and creators who feel busy but not productive • Remote workers losing track of how they spend their hours • Students balancing coursework, projects, and life • Anyone curious about the gap between how they think they spend time and how they actually do Start your first sprint today. Five days from now, you'll see yourself differently.
