Keep in touch with Hendrickson on the Go! The "Hendrickson App" is a place where you will be able to quickly access information about Hendrickson. Are you a Customer or just someone who wants to explore about Hendrickson, you can do so easily through our App. App Features: 1. Parts Plus You can either search by Industry or Hendrickson Part numbers to pull up the details. You can even track your search history and pull up previous search results. Search Parts / Service Centers Based on your current location or a zipcode of your choice you can find Parts / Service centers nearby along with contact information and directions. 3. Academy Sales Academy allows you to get trained on the features of our products and get certified. Technical personnel can watch the videos available within the Service Academy to get trained on servicing our products and keep their skills updated. You can also manage a watchlist for yourself. 4. Field Service Request Apart from submitting a service request, you can now take pictures using your phone and attach additional photos to your Service request directly from the App. You will also be able add your Request to the Tracker and get notified of any updates or shipments made. 5. View product videos You can view videos of all our products that we are offering for the Global Commercial Transportation Industry. We have them segregated by Vehicle Types and Categories for ease of access. You can also download videos for offline access on the Go! 6. App search You can now search for product and training videos from the App and learn about our offerings with a few clicks. If you have a video already downloaded on your device, the search will pull up that video along with the one from the server. You have a choice to play either of them. 7. Push notifications and Announcements Any Trade shows or Events in which Hendrickson will be showcasing or anything of importance that we would like you to know, you'll be made aware of through our Push Notification and Announcements feature. TechAssist Mobile app allows Daimler Truck North America's (DTNA) Dealer Service Technicians to scan QR Codes within the Techlane web application to upload a) the failed part images using the in-app Camera and/or from the Photo Library, and b) Comments using either Speech to Text or by entering the text manually to a job line associated with a Repair Order. The content uploaded using the TechAssist mobile app is displayed in the Techlane application. The Techlane web app and TechAssist mobile app will require a valid DTNA Portal account for login and to upload images or comments to the DTNA systems.
