Karmak AttachIt+ vs DTNA TechAssist

Karmak AttachIt+ is the mobile companion app for Karmak Fusion DMS, designed to make attaching files fast, secure, and flexible. With AttachIt+, Fusion users can easily attach images, videos, and documents to supported entities in the Fusion system while on the go. Whether you’re in the shop, on the lot, or in the field, your documentation stays connected to the right records in real time. AttachIt+ expands on the original AttachIt app with enhanced security, broader attachment options, and improved efficiency—helping Fusion users get more done with fewer steps.

TechAssist Mobile app allows Daimler Truck North America's (DTNA) Dealer Service Technicians to scan QR Codes within the Techlane web application to upload a) the failed part images using the in-app Camera and/or from the Photo Library, and b) Comments using either Speech to Text or by entering the text manually to a job line associated with a Repair Order. The content uploaded using the TechAssist mobile app is displayed in the Techlane application. The Techlane web app and TechAssist mobile app will require a valid DTNA Portal account for login and to upload images or comments to the DTNA systems.
