MindShift is built for people who want to handle worries in a simple, structured way. Capture thoughts quickly when they appear, then work on them during a daily time slot when you have more mental space. How it works: β’ Quick capture: Add worries in seconds before they spiral. β’ Daily solve session: Get a reminder at your chosen time. β’ Clear triage: Decide whether to release a worry, work on it now, or park it for tomorrow. β’ Guided planning: Move step by step from ideas to practical action (brainstorm, select, schedule, review). β’ Action timeline: See all action points and reminders in one day-by-day view. β’ Small, doable steps: Break big concerns into the next concrete action. Why MindShift: β’ Low friction: Capture now and continue your day. β’ Builds momentum: Small daily actions create steady progress over time. β’ Local-first privacy: Personal notes stay on your device. β’ No ad tracking and no sale of personal data. β’ No account required for core features. β’ Supports English and Norwegian.
