About

Prioritastic

Everything on your list feels urgent. It isn't. Prioritastic sorts your tasks with the Eisenhower matrix, the method used to separate what's urgent from what actually matters. Answer two questions when you add a task β€” is it urgent, is it important β€” and it lands in the right quadrant automatically. DO, SCHEDULE, DELEGATE, ELIMINATE Every task falls into one of four places. Do it now, schedule it for later, hand it off, or drop it. No custom tags to invent, no system to maintain. SEE YOUR WEEK, NOT JUST YOUR LIST Filter by Today, This Week, This Month, or All. Your business week is yours to define β€” turn off Friday and Saturday and the whole app follows, from filters to due-date suggestions. DUE DATES IN TWO TAPS Today, Tomorrow, Next business day, or +1 week. Or open the calendar and pick a date. Set a task to repeat and it comes back on its own. BREAK BIG TASKS DOWN Add subtasks, mark one as "doing now", and keep long work moving instead of stalled. KNOW WHAT YOU ACTUALLY FINISH Stats show your completion rate, what's still open in each quadrant, what's overdue, and a 14-day view of what you closed. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets put today's tasks and your quadrant counts where you'll see them. Complete a task without opening the app. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD One app, both devices. Light or dark. English or Ψ§Ω„ΨΉΨ±Ψ¨ΩŠΨ©. QUIET BY DESIGN No account. No sign-up. No ads. Your tasks stay on your device. Stop rewriting the same list every morning. Decide once, and let the matrix hold the order.

About

Challenges

Features

Challenges is a self improvement app where you can create challenges for yourself to accomplish goals. Stop procrastinating and increase productivity with Challenges. Create a new challenge by clicking the plus button on the top right. You can select any time interval you want. Add multiple goals to your challenge. Goals can be one of two types: to achieve things that are good for you (for example "go for a run at least 5 times"), and to stop doing your bad habits (for example "drink alcohol at most 2 nights"). You can pick any emoji you want for your goal. You can choose a step value for how much you wanna increase when you tick an item.Β For example you may want to increase hours by 0.5 or 0.25 whereas you may want to increase meters by 10 in each tick. Press the green tick button to increase the goal's completed amount. Press yellow undo button to decrease the goal's completed amount. Long press yellow undo button to reset to 0. Good habits are used in calculating how much of a challenge you completed. Bad habits are absolute, as long as you are under the limit, the challenge is going good. But if you exceed the limit, then the challenge is failed :(
