Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Perigold at weekly against SPRUCE Home Decor's every 2 months. Perigold also leads on ratings volume (8K vs 1). SPRUCE Home Decor's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
