Customer Service is Five Star

I have ordered small items from Perigold before but ordered a large furniture item which was delivered. Unfortunately it had some door issues and I was unhappy with the quality of the piece (no fault of Perigold). As I write this I have been told the item will be picked up and I will get a full refund. Phone calls have been answered quickly and the people I have talked to are personable and efficient. I have already ordered a different cabinet.

I’m not a bot glitch

App is unusable. It wont let me get passed the press and hold to prove you’re not a bot screen. Every time I do it it circles back again immediately

Search function has been broken for awhile

When will the search function be fixed? I love Perigold, but the app has had a bug for awhile now, and I’m surprised it hasn’t been fixed yet. What good does it do to have a broken search function? Example, I choose ‘Lighting’, then I select ‘Wall Sconces’ and it then returns 0 Items… I know that’s not true, so it’s beyond frustrating to deal with such an awful bug for so long. I’d consider this a showstopper if I was the QA testing this app, so I’m not sure if this function isn’t being tested or if it’s just not a concern.

Watch out for return policy

Perigold charges for return. Ask for the return cost before you order.

Return services do not exist except for a website. It’s services department has no idea how to solve any customer related return issues. Useless!!!
