Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: RTP Palco at 100% against Opto SIC's 18%. RTP Palco also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.6). Opto SIC's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (200 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RTP Palco holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of RTP Palco's written reviews are positive against 18% of Opto SIC's.
RTP Palco ships an update every 3 months, Opto SIC every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
