Tenant Companion App For Intrlock Cloud-Based Intercom Intrlock turns your building's outdated hardwired intercom and key system into a modern, cloud-connected access platform that works on every Apple device you own. ON iPHONE — YOUR DOOR IN YOUR POCKET • Answer your buzzer as a video call from anywhere — see and speak to visitors before unlocking. • Unlock entry doors with one tap or with Face ID — no key fob, no PIN required. • Issue temporary guest and delivery codes that expire automatically. Set arrival windows, add drop-off instructions, and see a snapshot of who actually used the code. • Manage every property you live on from a single dashboard — toggle per-building call routing, set quiet hours, and choose which intercom rings your phone. • Call history with visitor snapshots so you know who came by while you were out. ON iPAD — TWO MODES, ONE APP • Tenant / Property Manager dashboard — the iPad-optimized view of every door, camera, tenant, guest, and delivery across all of your buildings, with a built-in unified call history. • Lobby Intercom (Kiosk) mode — turn any iPad mounted by the front door into a visitor intercom. Visitors browse the tenant directory, place a video call to the unit, enter a guest or delivery PIN, or unlock with Face ID. The greeting message, color theme, accent, and accessible features are all configured remotely from the property manager dashboard. Kiosk mode supports Autonomous Single App Mode for supervised devices so the iPad stays locked to Intrlock between visitors. WHAT'S IN THE BOX • Multi-property support — live in or manage multiple buildings without juggling multiple apps. • Video intercom built on LiveKit for crystal-clear two-way HD video and audio. • PDK + Schlage + bridge relay integrations so unlocks work with the access control hardware you already own. • Face Access unlock backed by AWS Rekognition. • Optional HomeKit smart-lock integration for compatible accessories. • Privacy-first design — visitor snapshots stay on the call_events tied to your property, never shared across buildings. For property managers: pair this app with admin.intrlock.io to configure intercoms, mint tenant activation codes, generate kiosk codes, and view real-time door + camera status.
