The Tracy Anderson Method is more than a workout: it's a profound movement experience. Focusing on deep rotational movement, multidirectional exercises, and connective tissue work, the sequences will challenge your accessory muscles like never before. By changing the choreography every week, each class evolves the conversation with your physical self, and keeps your body in discovery mode for lifelong results.
