VMflow is the operator's companion for running vending machines. Built for the field and for one-handed use, it puts your fleet's numbers and your day's work in one place. DASHBOARD See today's and this week's revenue and sales at a glance, a 30-day trend chart, low-stock alerts, and how many machines are online. MACHINES Every machine sorted by stock urgency, with revenue for today, yesterday, this week and last week, product deficits, and warehouse availability at a glance. TRAYS & STOCK Full control over each machine's slots: add slots singly or in batches, set products, capacities and refill thresholds, and adjust stock with quick +/- steppers. GUIDED REFILL A step-by-step refill tour optimised for the field: pack products across machines, pick your route, refill to capacity with automatic warehouse deduction, and review before you commit. WAREHOUSE FIFO stock batches with expiry tracking, barcode-assisted intake, transaction history, and minimum-stock alerts. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Optional low-stock and event alerts so you know before a machine runs dry. VMflow connects to a self-hosted VMflow backend that you or your organisation operate. It is a tool for managing your own vending business β you sign in to your organisation's server; new team members join by invitation. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings β Delete Account).
