Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Hohem Pro at none against ZY Cami's 12. Hohem Pro also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). ZY Cami's advantage is rating (2.0 vs 1.7) and ratings volume (204 vs 23). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. ZY Cami sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Hohem Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.
ZY Cami holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZY Cami has 204 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Hohem Pro's written reviews are positive against 13% of ZY Cami's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Hohem Pro ships an update every 2 weeks, ZY Cami every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
