Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: SSUC Campus at free against Drasti's free with in-app purchases. SSUC Campus also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Drasti's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (319 vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
