75 days. One clear plan. Pure 75 brings your daily challenge into one place: workouts, water, reading, food and progress photos. Choose Hard, Medium or Soft before you start. Your chosen rules stay with that attempt. THREE WAYS TO START • Hard: two 45-minute workouts, including one outdoors; 128 US fl oz of water; 10 pages of nonfiction; your diet, no alcohol and a daily photo. • Medium: one 45-minute workout; 3 L of water; 10 pages of nonfiction; your diet, no alcohol and a daily photo. • Soft: one 45-minute workout, 3 L of water, 10 pages of any book and healthy eating. Photos are optional. One 20-minute recovery workout is available per seven-day block. Missed days stay in your history while the 75-day calendar continues. Hard and Medium use restart rules for missed requirements. Review the full rules before beginning; Medium and Soft are Pure 75's own variants. MAKE DAILY TRACKING SIMPLE • See today's required tasks in one checklist. • Add water quickly in ounces or milliliters. • Use a workout timer or log a completed session. • Switch books without losing your reading progress. • Keep progress photos and your challenge history on your device. • Start today or prepare for tomorrow. OPTIONAL PREMIUM, ONE-TIME PURCHASE Core daily tracking is free. Premium adds statistics, photo comparison and timeline, PDF export and detailed rule guidance. Hard and Medium also offer one optional emergency day per attempt. Premium is a lifetime purchase, with no subscription. Buddy is available through a separate paid add-on or bundle and supports Hard mode only. It shares selected challenge progress with your partner; it does not share your photos. You can use the core tracker without creating an account. Photos and challenge history are stored locally. Optional Buddy uses an online service; purchases and optional analytics have their own data handling. See the privacy policy for details. Pure 75 is an independent tracker and is not affiliated with the official 75 HARD program.

Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: 75 Hard Tracker at free against 75 Hard's subscription. 75 Hard Tracker also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 10 days). 75 Hard's advantage is ratings volume (6.4K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
