Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: UBEEQUEE at 5.0 against Drive Salem's 4.0. Drive Salem's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 43%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 25 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
UBEEQUEE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drive Salem has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of UBEEQUEE's written reviews are positive against 83% of Drive Salem's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
UBEEQUEE ships an update every 25 months, Drive Salem every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
