Optitrainer vs Genetrainer Elite

Optitrainer is the app dedicated to athletes, completely free. Your coach creates your access from the web platform at www.optitrainer.fr. You can access your training tracking directly on your phone, whether your goals are health-focused or performance-driven. View the sessions prepared by your coach See the details of each exercise selected by your coach Share how you feel so your coach can adjust your training based on your sensations Complete your tests or questionnaires Sync your training data from your connected watch or Strava Visualize your progress week after week Analyze your training data Chat with your coach through instant messaging (with notifications) No more scattered programs: your sessions, your tests and your progress are all in one place, clear and accessible whenever you need them. Download the app, your coach takes care of the rest. And if your coach doesn't know Optitrainer yet, it's not too late to tell them about it.

This App is for existing members of the Genetrainer program and is for logging and checking workouts.
