Up Lifting

Up Lifting is a focused, no-nonsense training log for people who want to lift. Whether you're powerlifting, bodybuilding, or still finding your way around the barbell, Up Lifting keeps you focused, motivated, and accountable. Why Up Lifting? I tried a lot of workout apps. They all did plenty of things β€” but they let me down on the one that mattered: actually recording my training. I wanted notes. I wanted to glance back at my last lifts. And I wanted it to be effortless while I'm mid-set. Up Lifting makes it easy to record everything you need, and just as easy to see where you were last time. It helps you pay attention to your training β€” and gives you a useful nudge exactly when you need one. Core Features Effortless Logging: A clean, fast interface for sets, reps, weight, and RPE β€” no friction. Nailed your working weight? Apply it to every set with a single tap. Your History, Right There: See last session's numbers as you train, so every set is an informed one. Smart Rest Timer: Floating or compact timers that follow you through the app, so you never miss your next set. Superset Support: Group exercises and track complex sessions without fighting the UI. Beautiful Charts: Visualise volume, estimated 1RM, and consistency over time. Routine Builder: Plan workouts ahead, or adjust on the fly β€” just like real training. Data Importer: Bring your history over from Strong (and potentially other apps) with a cheeky LLM prompt. Workout Sharing: Snap a photo after your session and share it with an overlay of your exercises and stats β€” now with a trophy on every personal best and an arrow on every improvement. Home Screen Widgets: Your upcoming workout, week streak, and recent PBs, right on your home screen. On-the-Fly Workouts: Not following a routine today? Training with a buddy? Start an on-the-fly workout and pick your exercises as you go β€” or live in On-the-Fly mode and forget routines entirely. Go Pro β€” but only for the extras Nothing core is locked behind a paywall or a timer. The whole app is free to use for as long as you like. Pro Edition adds only the bonus features I thought were fun: Increment Up! Smart performance analysis that tells you when it's time to add weight to the bar. Change It Up! Plateau detection and reminders to rotate your training blocks before stagnation sets in. Are You Still There? The anti-distraction tool for certified yappers β€” get nudged if your rest break turns into a scroll session. Intelligent Reminders: Dynamic notifications that know if you've already trained today. Achievements: Earn badges for consistency, volume milestones, and personal records. Journey: See how far you've come with a timeline of all your progress. Privacy First. Always. Your training data is yours. Up Lifting stores everything securely on your device and syncs via iCloud. No accounts, no ads, no tracking β€” just lifting. Download Up Lifting today. I think you'll love it. Terms of Service: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
