Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Oaklet Notes at 5.0 against txtodo's 4.5. txtodo's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
