Veisund vs Positive Panda

Struggling with your mental health? You're not alone, and you don't need to wait for a therapist appointment to feel heard. veisund is a free, anonymous peer support community, plus a mental health library where every claim names its source. Post what you're carrying, get replies from real people who understand, and look up what you've been prescribed. No AI chatbots. No scripted responses. No subscription. PEER SUPPORT, VIDEO OR TEXT Text is easy to hide behind. Video is where connection happens. Record a short video about what you're going through and get video replies back, or post in text if that feels right. Either way, real people answer. • Record and share video posts about what you're going through • Get replies from peers who relate • Text posting available too, share however feels right • Stay anonymous, no real name and no profile photo required • Mark a post resolved when you've found what you needed A LIBRARY THAT SHOWS ITS WORK This is the part no other peer support app has. Every claim carries its citation and an evidence rating you can check. • Look up any psychiatric medication: what the FDA approved it for, what the trials behind that approval measured, how long they ran, what the label says about side effects and interactions • Trails: short guided sets of sourced claims on how the system works, from who funds mental health nonprofits to what a pharmacy benefit manager does • Explore the data: prescriptions and diagnoses over time, drawn from Medicare and CDC figures, with every source named • Look up what pharmaceutical companies paid your own doctor, from public federal payment records WHAT PEOPLE TALK ABOUT HERE - Anxiety and panic - Depression and low mood - Grief and loss - Relationships and breakups - Addiction and recovery - Identity and self-discovery - Career stress and burnout - Parenting struggles FOR THE HARD MOMENTS • A grounding exercise for when things get loud: stop, breathe, do one small thing • Crisis resources, always one tap away • Daily Mirror, a private voice check-in that stays on your device • Reflections, so you can see how you've actually been over time A REAL COMMUNITY • Available whenever you need it, day or night • Verified experts, professionals with badges linked to real organizations • Karma, earned by being genuinely helpful • Community guidelines that keep it supportive FREE, ANONYMOUS, PRIVATE • Free. No paywalls and no premium tier for peer support • Anonymous by design • We never sell your personal information • Share as much or as little as you want WHO IT'S FOR Anyone 18 or older who needs someone to talk to. For the 2 AM spirals. For the days when getting out of bed is the whole job. For the months between appointments. For people who can't afford therapy at all. And for anyone who has been handed a prescription and wants to know what the evidence behind it actually says. We built veisund because the mental health system leaves people waiting, and because the information people get about their own treatment is usually written by someone with something to sell. You deserve better than that. veisund is not a replacement for professional mental health treatment, and nothing here is medical advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Previously known as Resolv Social. Same community, same team, new name.
