For added peace of mind, the app features best-in-class asymmetric credential encryption that has been validated by trusted industry experts. Paulo helps you notice what's shaping your day and take one useful next step. For managers, it surfaces anonymized team patterns so you can lead earlier. At the center of Paulo is a simple loop: Pattern — Note your current state in a quick check-in. Cause — Name the main driver behind it. Trajectory — See trends and recurring themes over time. Nudge — Get one practical next step. For you: - Check in in about 30 seconds - Use voice or text - Add a short note for context - Get a practical nudge after each check-in - View personal insights, trends, and recurring drivers - Access a private AI coach by text or voice - Review past check-ins in your journal For managers: - View an aggregated team pulse - See overall team energy and emotional patterns - Identify common drivers across the group - Notice trends over time - Get suggested leadership moves based on the team signal Built for trust: - Personal check-ins stay private - Conversations with Paulo stay private - Team insights are aggregated and anonymous - No manager sees individual check-ins or private conversations - Team insights appear only when 5 or more people have checked in What Paulo is not: Paulo is not an employee monitoring tool. It does not score, rate, or track individual performance. No sentiment analysis. No surveillance. Paulo is designed to support reflection, awareness, and action in the rhythm of real work. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
