The Worst
Absolutely the worst mobile key access. Not only is it slow, but it’s horribly the worst to administer.
It’s ok
Good
Doors don’t show up
Half the time I am standing in front of the door and it’s not in the list
Ridiculous app
Not user friendly at all
Need better help
The UI is bare bones with no instructions. Went online and still couldn’t find info. I was trying to figure out how to change doors. Didn’t know you just have to be close to a door and restart the App!
Door not opening
It says access granted but the door won’t open
Multiple
Should be good seen only my appointment instead of a whole building options
Not great
Improve frequently used options. Pulls up too many irrelevant options, even locks on different floors, locks without access
Perfect
Absolutely Great And Easy App When I Don’t Want To Scramble For Keys Easy Access !
No es estable
A veces no reconoce el dispositivo
Key fob
Some days work, some days doesn’t work and have to wait for next day and try all over again.
Works Better
So Mich, Better! Way Better Than Before. The Old Wayne, Would’ve said, “Hey Garth I’m Still Waiting for Access Granted. No Stairway…Denied!
Nope, Not Anymore
Nope, Not Anymore
Very convenient!
The access to my room and the front door and I appreciated the security to my hotel and room.
A-1 app
No complaints
Noble Wallet Support
Not being able to add access codes to mobile wallets makes using this app a painful experience.
User friendly and easy to use
I love this app. I wouldn’t classify myself as a technologically advanced person, and this app is very easy to use.
Misses Apple Watch app
Developers should add Apple Watch compatibility
3 weeks without a keycard 😔
I spent 3 WEEKS without a key card to my dorm and then my GLORIOUS KING “The I.T guy” told me I can just use the app so now I no longer need to worry about losing my card this I why I rate this app 5 STARS!!!
App Crashes, just when you need it most
This system is used to gain access to the station at a volunteer fire department. The app crashes just as you attempt to signal a door to open. Tried reinstalling the app, but the process stalls and now the app won’t open. Running Apple iOS with current version.
Needs Full Apple Wallet Support
Needs support to add mobile credentials to apple wallet (not just employee badges).
