The UI is bare bones with no instructions. Went online and still couldn’t find info. I was trying to figure out how to change doors. Didn’t know you just have to be close to a door and restart the App!

I spent 3 WEEKS without a key card to my dorm and then my GLORIOUS KING “The I.T guy” told me I can just use the app so now I no longer need to worry about losing my card this I why I rate this app 5 STARS!!!
App Crashes, just when you need it most
This system is used to gain access to the station at a volunteer fire department. The app crashes just as you attempt to signal a door to open. Tried reinstalling the app, but the process stalls and now the app won’t open. Running Apple iOS with current version.
Needs Full Apple Wallet Support
Needs support to add mobile credentials to apple wallet (not just employee badges).
Great if you want to lock out your tenants
My apartment complex recently installed these. They do not work. All they do is send me the link to redownload it over and over again. I’ve been locked out of the gym for over a month and getting ready to sue my complex for failure to provide a promised amenity. Rent is too expensive for this.
Would like to be able to Lock as well
It’s a very convenient aspect of the apartment, however, I would like to be able to lock the door as well. If I can’t lock the door with the app, then I have to take my keys still and there’s no point.
