Joinable vs Voiijer

Joinable is social sharing designed for humans. Today's social platforms prioritize engagement metrics and ad revenue over genuine human connection. They've turned our attention into a commodity, using sophisticated algorithms to keep us scrolling through endless ads. At Joinable, we're pioneering a different path - one that puts human connection first. No algorithms deciding what you see, no ads interrupting your moments, and no data mining to fuel the attention economy. We believe sharing memories with loved ones should be simple, private, and free from digital distractions. It's time to make social media human again.

Voiijer is an all-in-one exploration *and* storytelling platform. Our mission is to reconnect people with nature through exploration, storytelling, and community. When people are connected to nature, they are more likely to cherish it, fight for it, and protect it. Voiijer bridges the gap between explorers, field scientists and nature enthusiasts of all ages. Forget fleeting trends and endless scrolling. Voiijer is improving the way exploration, science and nature content is created* and shared: • A vital exploration tool: Observe, collect. describe, collaborate, and analyze - in the field, or from archives. • For the whole team: Invite fellow app users to collaborate and add their observations to your Voiij. • Share your stories: The same tool you use to make observations allows you to share them as stories both on and off-Voiijer without delay. It’s also perfect for breathing new life into archival material. • Get inspired: The app is filled with stories and observations from the global exploration community. Step into the field with them, hear how they pursued their passions, share in their discoveries, and find inspiration to follow your curiosity. Feature summary*: • Multimedia: Use photos, videos, audio recordings, 3D scans (.usdz file support), to document your experiences, and describe them with field notes, tags and location data. • Collaboration: Through reciprocal following, invite others to contribute to your Voiij. You’ll need an Explorer+ subscription to invite collaborators but they can make observations in that Voiij without a subscription of their own - making it perfect for teams and expeditions, nature-focused organizations and clubs, schools, or family and friends. • File Sharing Integration: Connect to your existing services like iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox and more to include observations from other sources. • Privacy: Your Voiijs and observations are private by default so you can keep them to yourself or collaborators while you explore, publishing them when you’re ready. • Immersive: Voiijer has .usdz 3D file support from Apple QuickLook. If you’re a scanning enthusiast this is a game-changer! Now you have a place to host and share your scans so people can launch them in augmented reality. Whether it’s supporting a conservation project, learning from an explorer’s journey, or simply marveling at the beauty of our planet, every interaction with Voiijer is a step toward a world that values and protects nature. *An Explorer+ subscription is required to access all creation features Terms of Use: https://voiijer.com/terms-of-use/ Privacy Policy: https://voiijer.com/privacy-policy/
