Chalk Safe is a safety observation platform built for field teams. Sign in with your company's Microsoft account to record and submit safety observations from the job site, the yard, or the office — no separate login to manage. Built for the field Observations are captured locally on your device and sync automatically once you're back online, so a weak signal at a wellsite or remote yard never stops your work. Organized by category Choose the observation type that fits — Driving, Wellsite, Office, or Shop — and Chalk Safe walks you through the right checklist for that category, question by question. Quick employee and location lookup Search your company's employee directory and site list right from the form — no typing names or IDs by hand. Built-in review workflow Every submission is available for your team's managers and administrators to review, with issues automatically flagged for follow-up based on how questions are answered. Your organization's data, your organization's control Chalk Safe only works with a company-provisioned Microsoft account. There's no public sign-up, no ads, and no third-party tracking — the app collects only what your organization needs to run its safety program.
