Worst app ever!
Was working until today. I unstall it! I wasn’t happy when I tired to redeem my points for something like I suppose to. Please fix these problems!
Essential for Team Culture (and Great Swag!)
This app is hands-down one of the best tools our company has ever implemented.
On the surface, the recognition and rewards feature is incredibly fun. The points add up quickly, and the rewards catalog has endless options. I’ve already redeemed my points for some swag and even a new ping pong paddle! 🏓
But the real value of Nectar goes way deeper than the rewards. It genuinely builds team comradery and lifts our culture. I’ve made it a habit to send shoutouts as often as possible because I've seen firsthand how much it means to people. It’s an instant way to let your teammates know that their hard work is noticed and that they actually matter.
In fact, the culture of recognition on this app has become so second nature to me that I catch myself trying to send "shoutouts" to people in my everyday life outside of work, before remembering it’s just a work thing!
If you want to boost morale and create a workplace where people feel genuinely valued, Nectar is the way to go. Highly recommend!

The platform is intuitive & encourages peer to peer appreciation. it’s so simple to use and the rewards experience is seamless👌i recently redeemed my points for airpods and the process was smooth from start to finish, got them in 1 day! I can definitely say it’s a platform i enjoy using, as well as my coworkers 🙌

Having a good company culture really changes things for me at work. For me having an app like this really takes my company to the next level. This app and platform are a cheat code to building culture, helping teams grow together in a sustainable interpersonal way. The customizability in how a company can set things up to fit their needs and incentives is amazing. UI and UX is consumer-grade, unlike a lot of B2B systems that look like they still live in 2010. Love the new comms feature!

This app is really great and it’s always being improved! Nectar is definitely the best company for employee recognition out there. The app and website are really high quality and you can tell they care a lot about making people feel valued at their work! I’ve only recently started using it but I already feel the difference compared to my previous companies / jobs! A+ experience for sure!

Easy and Great Recognitions!
The Nectar app has been really easy to use at our company so far. I like that it’s just as easy to use on the app as it is on desktop. Being able to recognize my coworkers has been easy! I also like the notifications I get on my phone when I receive recognition. The redemptions have been super easy, too. I LOVE this app!

Great app, definitely the reason I chose Nectar
Amongst all the other platforms for recognition and rewards, no other platform had an app like Nectar. This was pivotal in my decision to choose them over everyone else.
Easy to use
I love the nectar app because it allows me to send shout outs when I’m not near my computer. No issues and works very well.
