Reliability Pro is a complete reliability, quality, and design-engineering workbench in your pocket — 150+ professional tools that normally live in expensive desktop software, ready in seconds. A problem that takes an hour on a desktop takes seconds here. CORE CAPABILITIES Life data analysis — Weibull and lognormal fitting, censoring, confidence bounds Accelerated life testing — Arrhenius, Coffin-Manson, and Power Law System modeling — reliability block diagrams, fault trees, and event trees Failure analysis — FMEA, FMECA, and FRACAS Statistics & DOE — ANOVA, regression, and design of experiments in a side-by-side plan-and-analyze workbench Quality & SPC — control charts, process capability, Gage R&R (guided plan-and-validate), acceptance sampling Monte Carlo simulation Live sensor diagnostics — vibration, acoustic, shock, and motion NEW — 2D FIELD SOLVERS Screen a real design, not just a formula. Interactive physics-of-failure solvers that map the field and carry the result straight into a life model: Thermal CFD — the hot spot on a board under airflow Thermal Cycling — solder-joint fatigue from the temperature swing Moisture Ingress — popcorn-cracking risk over floor time Current-Density Field — electromigration from current crowding Enclosure Convection — hot pockets in a sealed box Forced-Air Cooling — airflow dead zones on a board Liquid Cold-Plate — junction temperature and coolant rise Galvanic Corrosion — penetration rate for dissimilar-metal joints DESIGN FOR RELIABILITY 37 design-stage calculators, each framed by the failure mechanism it prevents — not just the equation it solves: Fluids & flow — pipe pressure drop, NPSH margin and cavitation, valve sizing, water-hammer surge, acoustic-induced vibration, vortex shedding, two-phase slug loading, parallel flow distribution Mechanical & structural — bolted-joint preload, beam deflection, column buckling, Mohr's circle, tolerance stack-up Electrical & PCB — trace width, wire voltage drop, RC/RLC damping, battery runtime, creepage and clearance, component derating Thermal — junction temperature, heat-sink sizing, transient response, heat exchangers, fin efficiency, dew point Chemical & materials — corrosion rate, galvanic compatibility, MSL floor life Optical & photonics — fibre link budget, LED lumen maintenance, illuminance design WHO IT'S FOR Reliability, quality, maintenance, and design engineers; Six Sigma practitioners; students; and anyone who needs trustworthy results fast. WHAT YOU GET 150+ tools spanning reliability, quality, statistics, engineering design, and diagnostics Every tool opens with a realistic example dataset — see it work before entering your own Compare candidate models side by side, ranked by R² and AICc, and pick the fit you trust — in curve fitting, degradation, and life-data analysis Basic Statistics tools are free for everyone; preview any premium tool once before signing in A built-in AI assistant and search to jump straight to the right tool Step-by-step video tutorials A reference library with theory, worked examples, key equations, and citations for every tool Import data, run the analysis, and export a professional engineering report — a polished PDF with theory, key equations, a worked example, results, charts, and references — or plain text/copy Methods drawn from textbook formulas and published standards, with assumptions and limitations stated in every tool SUBSCRIPTION Full access to all tools is available via an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual).
