Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: GoodRec at 14K against QuickplayFC's 5. QuickplayFC's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for GoodRec against 5.0 for QuickplayFC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoodRec has 14K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
GoodRec ships an update fortnightly, QuickplayFC every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
