L’app funziona sia on line su cloud sia off line e scaricando i dati sul server appena c’è la linea. SmartEX può gestire i documenti a norma con un formato digitale fiscalmente valido e può portarli anche in gestione sostitutiva. Con pochi clic le spese sono caricate nel sistema e associabili a note spese come commesse, missioni, etc. per essere eventualmente validate dal responsabile e poi passate in amministrazione già suddivise per tipologia di spesa per la corretta contabilizzazione e recupero dei costi da parte dell’azienda.
